Can I install ThermoPanels DIY or do I need a professional?
Yes, ThermoPanels are lightweight and easy to work with. They can be cut using a power saw with a fine-toothed blade. For the most precise fit, especially around the edges of your conservatory, place the old panels on top of the ThermoPanels as a template, mark the outline, and cut to match the required shape. This ensures that angles and edges align perfectly.
Although the installation can be done DIY, for the best results it is advisable to have it carried out by experienced professionals with a warranty-backed service. How do I measure my conservatory roof?
To get started, measure the length and width of each roof panel area from the outside of your conservatory. It is very important to measure the thickness of your existing panel. Pull out the end closer with one hand and insert the measuring tape into the gap to check the panel’s thickness.

How quickly will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver ThermoPanels within up to 7 working days after cleared payment. Delivery is arranged via trusted independent courier. If you’d prefer, panels can also be collected directly from our warehouse in Brentwood, Essex.
What are your payment and delivery policy?
All orders must be paid in full before processing.
To arrange delivery, please ensure you provide your complete delivery address along with up-to-date contact details.
What are your order cancellation policy?
Customers may cancel their order at any point before the courier booking is confirmed by us. In this case, we will issue a full refund.
Cancellations made after confirmation will incur both delivery and return transport costs, plus a 20% restocking charge.
Am I responsible for checking the panels on delivery?
Every panel is checked carefully before dispatch to meet our quality standards. Please note a size tolerance of up to 2 mm is possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods on delivery. Any problems, such as visible damage or defects, must be reported immediately with photographic proof, before the panels are moved to storage. We cannot accept liability for damage caused once items have been signed for and handled. If your delivery arrives damaged, please sign as “Damaged” and send us photos of the issue, including your name and address as reference.
